I am a unique, distinctive, humorous, fun-loving, warm, kind, caring, passionate woman. I am artistic, creative and musical, and definitely a right brain thinker and doer. Speech and language have always been a passion and continue to be. I'm told I appear to be early fifties due to good skin, careful living, sincere ever-present smile, plus youthful outlook, behaviour, and attitudes. Photo is not a good one and I've lost over ten kilos since that was taken (and still losing which is great!), but it gives you an idea of 'moi'. I'm a good communicator and a good active listener, and I enjoy intelligent and witty repartee. By nature I'm very supportive, encouraging, and dedicated to seeing others achieve God's best for their lives. I've been a born-again Christian for over thirty years now, and Jesus is my role model, his love, compassion, mercy and grace I covet and embrace as fully as possible. I am extremely interested in and passionate about children, young people and animals of all kinds. I love God's creation and enjoy the mountains, the bush/scrub/donga, as well as the ocean and waterways very much indeed. Grew up running wild and free in the bush, and spent many years during my marriage and family rearing on a beautiful property up north, which lifestyle I miss very much indeed. I'm intrigued by genetics and colour mutations so established the first breeding of Appaloosa's on the mid-north coast. I also bred Red Factor Canaries! More recently I've been involved in producing "old style" coloured harlequin, merlequin and fawnequin Great Danes which is fascinating. I have been keenly involved in Pony Club, having my own three young involved in all aspects of this and being involved in teaching and training them, and involved also in the Rodeo committee, designing the emblems on T-shirts which are still sold up there today! I also designed the school badge for Upper Rollands Plains school and the Orange Christian School. These ventures I thorougly enjoyed. I have trained children's choirs for a number of years, and used to sing in choirs myself, then graduated to singing with a small 'band' at club and hotel venues on weekends which was terrific fun. These days I sing heartily in the car, the shower, doing the washing, and even in the supermarket when something spurs me to burst into song unbidden much to the surprise of other shoppers! It's good "maturing" for one stops worrying about what other people think, and gets on with living and enjoying the moments. I'm comfortable with my own company and enjoy solitude however the past few years I've become aware of the aloneness of single living and desire to meet a man of utter integrity and humility with whom I can be myself, as he can be himself, each of us respecting and trusting the other from which great loving, laughter and love will develop and grow.
